"Amazing stay at the Shiba park hotel, the room is clean and comfortable and the staff are very helpful. 24/7 Convenience store near by, JR line and Subway station with 7-10 minutes walk. The only two negatives are the bathroom can be a bit smelly and humid, and the washing machines are limited and almost always busy. other than that we really enjoyed this hotel especially that it's away from busy area and very clean DVD unique. we would definitely stay here again."

"This hotel is an amazing property and well suited for families that are attending Disney. We wanted to stay here for a different location on this trip to Tokyo, it was fairly easy to get to. The only thing I would like is that the pool stay open longer. It closed at 4:30 and we wanted to eat and relax in the warmth by the pool. "
