This is a good location to all local facilities...easy access and great communication.
My only complaint (and I hate to be that person) but this may be important to perspective visitors. The walls are thin and the upstairs people and dog were noisy...

"This property had all you need for an overnight stay. It was not near a beach though and the property next door was logged leaving large old growth fir trees and stumps when looking out the window. Not a great view and you will need a car to get around. Never saw the owner but her dogs were outside ..."
