"The room was very quiet and clean. Bathroom excellent too. Useful to have a fridge and a kettle I paid extra for a terrace with a cathedral view. Worth every cent Breakfast was delicious "

"Staff could not be more friendly or helpful. Very pleasant room and the hotel is situated in a delightful area of the city, near the marina, cathedral and many good shops and restaurants. I think from the research we did it is good value - given that Palma seems to be quite an expensive place hotel wise. It’s a boutique sort of hotel. There is a good restaurant and a roof terrace which we didn’t have time to visit, but no real public areas to say, sit and read the paper during the day. All in all though, we had a really good stay. Great staff. Lovely square just nearby with good restaurants too. "

"The hotel itself was beautiful, everything spotlessly clean. The staff were amazing - so professional and helpful, and friendly. Possibly the nicest staff I’ve met in a hotel. The only things that could have improved our stay were the breakfast offering (another coffee machine and a bigger food selection) and a bar open later than 10pm."

"The hotel was wonderful, and the staff truly made our stay special. A big shout-out to Andrea, who gave us great local recommendations on where to go. Everyone was attentive, friendly, and always willing to help. I had purchased the package that included parking and breakfast, and it was perfect! The team also assisted us with charging our electric vehicle, which was greatly appreciated since it was my first time renting one and I didn’t realize I needed a card to scan. Our room was lovely, very clean, and comfortable. The bar area was also a highlight—the drinks and food were fantastic. The only small detail I missed was having a tissue box in the room, which most hotels usually provide. Other than that, everything exceeded expectations, and I would definitely recommend this hotel."
