Honestly, I was surprised by this hotel! The staff was kind and welcoming, the rooms were clean, and the quiet. The beds were on the firmer side, but for the price, I really can't complain. There's a great coffee shop right next door, plus a fresh mini donut food truck nearby, and it's an easy walk to local shops and facilities. Each room comes equipped with a full fridge, microwave, and stovetop. Just a heads up: dishes, cups, and utensils aren't provided, so bring your own if you're planning to prepare meals in the room. Overall, a fantastic value stay with a few thoughtful perks!

Thoughtfully arranged and provisioned. A hidden gem.

We stayed in the upper appartment. The place is beautiful, comfortable, quite, and clean. The kitchen is well equipped. The balcony overlooks a beautiful garden patio. The location is a short walking distance to Ashlands' center with its theaters, coffee shops and restaurants. Steve, our host, was welcoming, bery communicative and accessible. Our stay was perfect.

We loved our stay at The Peerless. The room was beautiful and comfortable and the hotel’s lobby, back room, and patio are lovely for hanging out in. The in-room coffee needs filters and a suggestion of amount for those of us who are coffee making impaired. We would stay here again!

I didn’t spend much time, there. Quiet dark room was great for sleeping. I’m not a breakfast person so the minimal breakfast was perfect. Staff was exceptionally friendly and accommodating. Five stars for the staff.
