We stayed in the cottage because the main estate was booked. The main disappointment was that there was a coffee pot and filters but no coffee. Everything else was great! They had a dinner event the 1 night we stayed and the staff was very busy.

Next visit to the OSF no question we’ll stay here if available. Short walking distance to everything in downtown Ashland, yet quiet and private.

By far, the worst room I have stayed in. Out of the 15 electrical outlets in the room, only 2 worked. Luckily, that was enough to charge my two phones. The microwave, TVs, fridge, lamps, fan, did not work. There was an open pack of Q-tips in the bathroom, but other than that, it was pretty clean, although outdated. I tried to handle this professionally by letting staff know in the morning that I wanted to speak with a manager then before leaving, I called downstairs to ask for a manager, and they didn’t know if one was available. I let them know that that’s why I let them know earlier so they could prepare to be available. I waited 15 minutes with no call and no show. I called back down to the front desk, her response was I was just about to call you and that her manager had just stepped into a meeting. I explained then that this isn’t how I wanted to handle this but that I’d be down to talk with them. After speaking with them being very nice about everything they offered Nothing And said we’re sorry that you had to deal with that. I would never ever ever ever recommend this to anybody. Although the place was great in 1970 it’s horrible now!
