The owner of this particular unit H2 had not changed the air conditioning air filter in a very long time as it was filthy covered in hair and dirt in the air was obviously difficult to breathe in the unit itself. I called the service number they said they would bring out a new filter and never did even though I reminded them several times so we bought a new filter and replaced it ourselves at our own expense. Unhappy

It worked very well for our weekend getaway with friends. It was clean comfortable and well located in Branson. We really enjoyed the sunroom in the morning watching people play golf.
