Beautiful 2nd row beach house located in Kahala Beach accommodates 14 people comfortably. The 3,100 sq ft home offers 4 Bedrooms and 2.5 Baths, plus an outdoor shower. The spacious open floor plan, living area, dining room and kitchen allows plenty of space for all. The dining table includes seating for eight, with an additional seating for four at the bar. The walkover bridge to the beach is just a few steps away. Awesome view of the beach from inside the house and from the balconies. An elevator is available for your convenience for carrying groceries and luggage, and for guests that are not able to take the stairs. Lei By The Sea is a perfect place to spend quality time with family and friends. This home has it all!

Beautiful weekend away

Lei by the Sea is a spacious beach house with charming decor and fast access to the beach! Management was easy to work with. It was an ideal place to get away and relax with friends. We would definitely stay again!

Family fun

Had family come in for the Memorial Day weekend and the house had room for everyone.Just a short walk across the street to beach ramp. Kids had a blast! Since it’s a private neighborhood the beach wasn’t crowded, we fished,Flew kites,etc.

This is a great place to stay. Close to the beach.

Rental couldn’t have been easier. This was our second year and will probably come again. Good restaurants just up the road and an excellent kitchen in the house.

Family Vacation

We had a wonderful time, loved the house and how close it was to the beach, perfect for family vacation. Elevator was a little small for the wheelchair to fit but we made it work! Reason for the 4 stars-AC was working but took a long time to cool off, was in the 80's when we got to the house. The first night was a little too hot in some rooms but made it work.

nice, clean, spacious house for our family, with great beach access and viewsof the beach too.

We were very happy with our stay! Being able to use the elevator for my 89 yr old Mom/Grandma was key! Property was clean, lots of room in the living space to be able to gather,prepare meal.& visit. Worked out great for us!

Plenty of room to spread out comfortably. Love the 2 refrigerators and chest freezer for ice. There’s a perfect table for puzzling too!! Easy access to beach.

Lovely views! The place had everything; we found the beach toys in the closet outside. The kitchen was my favorite room; plenty of space and convenient placing of items!

Quick family/friends getaway

Thoroughly enjoyed our trip. Beach house was exactly what we expected. Walk to the beach was only a few steps. Could see the beach from the house. Owner was very quick to answer any questions we had and kept in communication with us as needed. We will definitely be staying here again.
