Nice Condo, Ocean & Heated Pool View

This condominium is the perfect getaway for couples or fun with the family! Amenities include a refreshing heated swimming pool w/ spa, a great ocean view, and walking distance to restaurants & shops. Lovely 1/1 condominium sleeps 4 people comfortably with queen size bed in the master bedroom, alcove has a twin bed in the hallway and a full-size futon in the living room. We offer a full kitchen with a stove and oven, fridge, microwave, dishwasher, and small appliances. Cable TV. Central air/ heat. This unit has a Gulf and swimming pool view from the balcony, and covered parking is available for your use on the main floor. There is an elevator for your convenience.

All bed linens, bathroom towels, pots, pans, utensils, glasses, and plates are also provided for your convenience.

Enjoy the balcony for the best view of the pool, the Seawall, and the ocean. Don't miss the many pelicans that fly over!

Possible fees each will be charged at the time of booking or just after.
Nightly rental fee
State and City Hotel Taxes of 15% Total. VRBO collects both as a separate
charge on your quote.
A cleaning fee of $60 for your stay
A VRBO service fee. This is a percentage of your rental fee set by HomeAway.
A resort fee of $35 paid when checking in for use of the pools and the Wifi and Parking.
A refundable deposit of $150. This is a hold placed on your credit card and it is released 14 days after you depart unless we have to claim damages. You will not really notice it in your statement.

The Victorian residential complex is central to everything on the Island, the West and East side beaches, Fishing piers, Schlitterbahn Water Park, Moody Gardens, the new Historical Pleasure Pier, The Strand, and all the shopping districts.

A new rule for the complex in 2017 from the management team. When you arrive to check-in, you will now be asked to pay a fee of $35 plus tax. This is to receive the parking pass, gate codes for the pools, and the WiFI password. We have actually lowered our nightly rate some to counter this cost they have imposed on your visit. Sorry about that.

Cancellation/Refund policy - Half of the rental fees are required to rent the condo. The final amount of the rental fees is due 2 weeks prior to your arrival. If you must cancel, you must do so prior to the 2 weeks to get a refund.

During Hurricane Season, refunds are only granted if there is a hurricane of a category 1 or higher in the Gulf of Mexico headed to Galveston.

When booking the condo, you will need to supply a picture of your driver's license for the complex. Also a description of your vehicle and license plate number. This is for security purposes and also to obtain the pool gate codes and WiFi password. Sorry for the inconvenience.
