The manager (possibly/probably the owner), I apologize for not knowing, was amazingly friendly as were the other staff members. It was my first day driving in Italy and he noticed I was uncomfortable driving in the small Italy parking lot so he offered to park the car for me (and I accepted). He and his wife seemed to always be available to answer any questions we had about the area. They had a little girl who wandered around the lobby and snackroom bringing smiles to everyone's faces. We were not there long enough to take advantage of the pool, but we did enjoy the lovely free breakfast included in the room cost. Would absolutely stay there again if/when we ever get back to Lake Garda.

Wonderful stay as always. The staff are the absolute best. Hotel is beautiful and the rooms are comfortable and quiet. Delicious breakfast. Perfect location close to all the important sights, shopping, and restaurants.

Just come back from a lovely stay, beautiful views and very friendly and accommodating staff. The room was very spacious, comfy and clean. The sauna was great with a fantastic view, the hot tub unfortunately was too cold for us but they did explain they had some faults. The staff were really good at responding to any questions. They also provided a free shuttle to the town, they did only have 3 timings to choose from with the latest time being 5.30pm, unfortunately with a small limited menu we decided to eat out most of the nights which meant we did have to walk back in the later evenings or get a taxi. The walk back is very up hill with harsh paths and no lighting which was quite scary after a drink or two! There is a taxi service which the hotel gave us their number, they were quick and it cost around 25 euros. Overall we would definitely be back but would definitely consider hiring a car!

Marco and the whole team were amazing from the moment I arrived to the moment I had to leave. Everything was just perfect. I will definitely be back. Thankyou to you all
