Room was small bit everything else was just perfect. Location, breakfast, friendliness, cleanliness.

Excellent hotel. Really stylish, spacious and well thought through room with comfy bed. The entire hotel is lovely and its adjoining restaurant Salt and Honey is a beautiful place to have breakfast. Quality of breakfast was exceptional with lots of choice presented and cooked to high standard. Location is very central as lots of things are a short walk as well as being connected to lots of public transport options. Public areas are well maintained and staff friendly and helpful. Will definitely stay again.

This was our first time to Vienna and the Living Hotel an der Oper was the most perfect place to stay! It was spacious, the staff was friendly and helpful, and this hotel truly offers above and beyond! Plus, the price point was perfect!

Beautiful property. The staff are quite friendly and helpful. Location perfect. My deluxe king room was quite posh, the price was posh as well. They should not charge for bottled water, however. And, they need to supply ice to the rooms. Those are my two complaints.
