This hotel was one of the worst place I ever stayed. Few good things are it is close to the lake and if the weather is good one can walk along the lake . The area is called Port Credit. There are many shops and restaurants nearby within a walking distance. And that's all the good I can say about the property. Several things are missing. The heating system was just terrible and when the temperature was very low outside, I was freezing in the room. Quality of the bed was absolutely poor. On my complaints they changed the bed with a new one and it was good but pillows are so old and uncomfortable that many nights I just couldn't sleep. There is a kitchenette but the hardly there is any kitchenware. You have to ask for it. When they bring something that is just not enough and it should not be called kitchenette. For example , I have never seen a kitchenette that lacks something very basic like kitchen towel or toaster. The refrigerator in the kitchenette had a loud humming noise, it was almost impossible for me to seat in the living room section because of this noise. I can go on and on and on...At some point I just gave up on asking. How much and how long you can keep asking ? I stayed there for five nights and it was a horrible stay. Will not stay there again at any cost if I happen to be in Mississauga again.

I booked this location because of it's proximity to my work meetings. Location is great. Parking nearby in public parking is expensive. Condo is very small, which was expected, smaller than most hotel rooms. Global Stay is a very shady company. They don't talk to you, they only text and only very slowly. The "representetives" who are supposed to meet you at the door are shady. It was a lady who couldn't speak English. The condo was 85 degrees when I entered. AC didn't work and you can't get help at all! Internet was not working at all and again, couldn't get any assistance from texting or from the phone number provided for help. Had to contact Expedia. They helped me to switch to a near by hotel in the middle of the night so I can get sleep. Would not recommend one bit!
