Pros: the bed was comfortable. Water pressure was great so showers were nice. Hotel location at Port Credit was great for being close to many restaurants, bars, some shopping too. We were able to walk around and enjoy the scenes by Credit River. Cons: Staff was not engaging and only 1 person at a time would be working. So if not at the front desk, you'd have to wait a long time for that person to get back or leave and come back at a later time. During our visit, the hotel was doing renovations and construction with scaffolding covering our room balcony and workers with full view of our room, so the the curtains stayed closed. It was noisy starting early in the morning. The rooms look and feel outdated and in need of upgrades. We had to ask for regular Coffee often because they kept giving us decaf. The sugar and cream packets were torn open and when we asked for additional packets we were told that they were out. The gym is very poorly equipped. One out of order treadmill, one elliptical bike, one universal weight with limited options. All in a very small room. Not encouraging to use. Restaurant downstairs is closed. No ice machines available at all.

I brought my son to Toronto to watch the Yankees beat the Jays as a middle school graduation present. Unfortunately for us we did not see the Yankees win but the hotel was a huge win for us! Upon entering you are greeted by friendly staff and a relaxing aroma that really set the tone for our entire stay. Our room was wonderful. The older I get the less I handle traveling well because I find rooms to be dirty & very uncomfortable, I am the person who will typically clean the room myself upon arrival and I always stay at 4+ star hotels. As soon as I entered the room, everything just felt, looked & smelled clean. I had zero urge to clean (except the remote, which is a habit I will keep). The bed and pillows not only looked inviting, they were! Not too hard, not too soft for my aging body! There were eco-friendly elements everywhere, different woods sourced locally and the water on the entire property was filtered! Room service was very accommodating, one night we did not realize the time and ordered 3 minutes before closing. The gentleman was so kind, got our order to us and even remembered us the next time we ordered! Amazing! So many little things made this property worth every penny but I think what made it even more special was the little note and special treat they left for my son, congratulating him on his graduation! In this world today who does that?! They do! Highly recommend

Check-in went great. The space was clean. We love the location. There were three of us and we only had towels for one person. I notified the Booking They responded a bit later that they would look into this and have someone bring some up for us. Unfortunately, we checked out before hearing anything back or receiving any additional towels. Upon checkout, I let the Booking know again that we didn't receive any towels. And they brought to they were in the dryer. I wish I had known that earlier. Two of us slept in the bed, which was a very hard mattress and one slept on the couch. The individual on the couch had a much better sleep.

Property was in a very convenient location to downtown and was as advertised. The checkin process was not smooth and owners were not very responsive, only willing to send non-links through Expedia. The would not call or text. At checkout, we were charged for damages and broken glasses which were not used, and were not reasonable to tell us where things were found.

Clean room, comfy bed. The SHOWER was AMAZING! I was able to wash some clothing quickly before a show. It's located in a perfect place close to food places, and a short walk to bus stops that can take you to the subway lines. The restaurants by the place are also really nice. It was perfect stay and comfortable.
