"The place was just perfect for what we needed. Just stay after a game and it was correctly priced for what you get. Theres an indoor pool, breakfast, rooms are spacious and comfortable. They are a little outdated but that didnt bother us. The staff is extremely welcoming and helpful."

"Lots of space to hang out and eat at this nice guest house. Lots of space in the front yard is nice for kids especially after a mowing. It feels secluded in the country while being close to Kansas City and many amenities. 6-8 people is perfect for this spot."
