The staff was very friendly and helpful. I just did not like being in a room without a window, and it was not as clean as expected. There was a turned over soda can on the side of the bed by the wall, and guy who helped us said our room was the last one to be cleaned; that is not clean and one of our pillow cases was dirty too.

The hotel and casino was dead empty and it's in what looks like an industrial area of KC. The rooms are fine, the casino is colorful and fun, but there's almost no restaurants. Only two restaurants were open the two days we were there (one of which is fast food) and I'm guessing that's because there's not enough people in the hotel and casino to warrant having everything open. I would stay here again if I plan on spending a lot of time at the casino. Won some good cash at blackjack. 😁

Very nice room ! Pool should stay open later especially weekends with 10:00-1200 adults only and open up earlier than 10:00 ?

I enjoyed my stay here. The hospitality was incredible. I have to say when they mentioned breakfast was available I assumed it would be your typical frozen eggs heated but Kevin was amazing. You can taste the hospitality on the food. Megan the GM was amazing as well. I ended up staying here for new years and both Kevin and Megan made it feel like home!
