Is a BASEMENT unit and is very loud. No instructions on splits that are there to control heat/air Towels smell mildewy even though there were lots. We rented this place because it had stars for clean and supposedly a view. (FYI the only view is of the parking lot from the broken front door). While linens, floor, and kitchen were clean the floorboards and bathroom floorboards and around the toilet were covered in dust and needed scrubbed. We did contact the owner about the front door literally hanging off its hinges. Statement was “well it’s only the screen door so it’s fine” We did not engage the Owner about the other issues as we had no other place to go.
