The spacious screened-in porch, overlooking Rough River, is perfect for relaxing and enjoying the view, and the fireplace adds to the cozy, retreat-like atmosphere.Inside, the layout works perfectly for families or groups. With five bedrooms, there’s plenty of space to spread out. The kitchen and dining area are filled with natural light from the many windows, and there are more than enough dishes, cups, and wine glasses. I loved having games and a small bluetooth speaker for background noise while reading.The cozy room features a large TV and a comfortable setup to unwind. There’s even extra space for cornhole or volleyball near the back patio, and the entryway has a convenient spot for shoes so you don’t track dirt through the house. The living room windows look right out onto Rough River, which is stunning.I can’t wait to return in the summer to enjoy the outdoors, and again in the fall — the foliage must be incredible. This property is quiet, spacious, and thoughtfully equipped for a truly relaxing stay."

"The dwelling was clean and cozy. The access to the water was hard for us because of our ages and physical abilities, and the water was down from lack of rain over the summer months. Because we wanted to fish, the hosts provided a different plan.The hosts were super nice and went above and beyond to make our stay pleasant. We would go back, again, and would recommend it for an enjoyable stay."
