“Front desk personnel were great. I even witnessed the manager expertly, politely, and professionally deal with a rude, upset guest. The hotel was clean and staff was nice. The only down side was that a guest in the room above me was very loud. I asked the desk to ask them to keep it down. He either didn't speak to tue guest or the guest (which is most likely) just ignored him. Otherwise a nice stay.”

“We loved the accommodations and the fact that we are close to the ballparks but not in the middle of all the hub bub, this Nana and Papa need some R & R.”

“Need to purchase a new hot water heater to accommodate the entire hotel. The hot water heater went out during our stay. Quickly repaired but not enough hot water for showers when hotel is full. ”
