“Checked in at 4 on a Saturday and there was only one desk clerk. Brittany was awesome but was drowning as she was by herself. Cleaning staff didn’t have the rooms ready for not just us but multiple others. We didn’t get into our room until an hour after arriving at the hotel. When booking, a bar was listed as an amenity. It is not open. There is a little bar behind the hotel called Ott’s. If you want a beverage locally check them out.”
