First of all, this hotel is in a great area for amenities and it is easy to get around. The hotel itself was fine; the breakfast was fine but go next door to Dunkin for coffee, the rooms were fine, the staff were great. It was acceptable for a two night stay and trying to keep costs reasonable.

2nd time staying. Check in was quick, lady at desk was ok (not real friendly). Check out was better as the gentleman was cordial. Pool was only open until 9pm and we weren't able to use that night. Towels. Linens were clean. Room smelled clean with no bad odors. Breakfast had a good selection and was well stocked. Would stay at again when we come to this area.

Fire alarm went off around midnight and as people were exiting building the staff person sat behind desk. You had a hard time even seeing him back there. Never came outside the whole time fire dept was there. We had no guidance on what was happening or even where to stand or go. Ladder truck went up to roof so we know there must have been a reason. Everyone was wondering after trucks left where staff was. No staff in lobby at all. Again no guidance at all that it was ok to come back in. We did only because the trucks left. Will not be staying there again. There was hardly and visual of a staff/desk person and when we did see them they were on their phone. In addition there were many things outdated. Air conditioning was leaking all over the floor, very poor water pressure on the 3rd floor, poor maintenance, plumbing made loud noise when flushed, faucet moved when you’d lift the handle. Just overall a poor experience.
