"It's a good place for a budget, though not the cheapest in the city. I had booked a double bed but I got a single- no explanation whatsoever. The front desk guys are okay though not super friendly. There's only a mess hall that operates during breakfast hours, no lounge cafe/bar. The room didnt have a mini fridge and the AC was out, though they did provide a fan.
