It was a really nice room

Needs some refreshing. The hallway carpet and room carpet is very old. Our AC smelled like mildew. Beds were comfy and breakfast was fine. The pool pump was being repaired while we were there but they told us that at check in. It was fine for one night.

The 2 ladies at the front desk were fantastic. One glaring problem was the breakfast on Sunday 07/19/2026. The gentleman servicing the buffet was rude, unresponsive and generally terrible. When we arrived, there was no sausage, no eggs and the other container was empty, don't know what was in it. When I inquired as to why he was standing, with his hands in his pockets, while all this was empty, I got "Is's heating up." In the meantime, no yogurt and no milk. Tried to get cereal but the ONE kind that was available its dispenser was broken so you couldn't get any. I did get a cup of orange juice and my wife had coffee. As we left, I went over and checked and guess what? Still three empty hot food containers. Exactly how long does it take to heat up sausage and scrambled eggs? I stress the ladies at the front desk were both very helpful and very pleasant. How sad one person ruind a whole experience.

Staff was fantastic, even when I called beforehand ! Room was clean, breakfast was great! Even our cat was pleased!
