The garden, updated to modern tastes in 2013, offers a boules court. The villa features all mod cons and six air-conditioned bedrooms each with their own bathroom in two buildings. The main building features a large eat-in living room opening onto the terraces. The kitchen and three bedrooms give onto a sea view suite. The outdoor dining area is under a delightful wisteria. The second building is brand new in the same style as the main building with three large bedrooms. Possible, the amenities include high quality Boose sound system and internet connection. The house is fully air-conditioned. There is a garage and rentals for scooters, cars, and boats at a preferential rate.
