"Room was OK"

"The day we were to check in we showed up after 4 and the rooms werent ready there were other couples waiting for their room also. The room only came available around 6, 2 hours after check in time. wa The carpet in our room was filthy and badly stained, i kept my shoes on all the time. One morning we went down for breakfast and there was hardly anything left. No coffe mugs, no napkins no eggs lots of items missing. Poor access to the pool had to go down 3 flights of stair to get to it, no elevator. I must make mention the staff on duty tried their best under poor circumstances Management no where to be found to diffuse the situation during check in. "

"The property is amazing the spas is fantastic but you have to purchase Keona spas separately. They do give you a discount when you ask at the front desk. Cheaper after 5 pm."
