Great get away

This was very close to downtown gatlinburg easy to check in and out they didn’t have a lot I had to do a check out. The cabin was plenty big and very beautiful they had everything we needed dish soap laundry soap shampoo and conditioner towels. We’ll definitely be trying to get the cabin again in my future stays. They even had wood for us to have a fire even though we didn’t is it but did think about it. Available firewood was a nice touch even had a lighter and starting fluid for us to use.

Well appointed Cabin

We had a great time. The cabin was supplied well. We loved the hot tub!! The cabin was close enough to downtown Gatlinburg for our needs. The hairpin turn to get into the driveway was super scary, but no other complaints at all.

Great cabin

Clean and well-kept cabin. Very comfortable place to stay with good features, especially the hot tub. The staff have great recommendations on local activities and food in the area. Would highly recommend!

Tennessee Trip

The property manager made the stay very easy. The location was great, close to town but in a quite area. No steap roads.

Good location, need some updated privacy.

Cabin is beautiful and in a good location in regard to proximity of downtown gatlinburg. Driveway is very steep straight up then a sharp left turn and straight up again. We had an issue with no curtains on the windows or doors (including the master bedroom door). The pullout couch had a dirty sheet on it.. stains and some crumbs from whoever sat on the couch prior to us. There were no extra lines provided to change it… 4 bath towels were also not ideal for 5 people.

The plants outside the door were fried to a crispy brown. Bathrooms were not very clean. There were toothbrush holders there with toothpaste on them. Walls were dirty. There was something splattered on the ceiling in the main room. Bathrooms were dark. Dried myself off with a towel and noticed AFTERWARDS that it had somebody else's blood all over it. DISGUSTING! (They said that they use a service for linens). Thankfully I had a towel in my car that I switched to after that. Huge wasps were living in log outside (just above) the front door. Three doors to the outside were 1/2 window. One of these was from the outside into the master bedroom. (There were no blinds to close). In the night I was awakened by the sound of a creature scampering either above or below the bedroom. The washer and dryer are very small, which is understandable. However, there is a chunk of paint missing from the dryer. This area stained my clothing an iron color. The driveway is very steep with several hairpin turns. (This would not work for someone pulling a trailer). There is lots of shelving in the bedrooms. The kitchen was well appointed. I did find a glass with a lipstick stain in the cupboard. They have you put dishes away before you leave, so the previous people must have done that. There is a hot tub but we didn't use it. You have to go to their office to check in. They gave good restaurant recommendations. I wouldn't chose this cabin again, but it got the job done on this trip.
