"Property was very nice and welcoming. The staff were nice and very helpful. The location itself was very convenient because you could go walking to the nearest Starbucks or to a grocery store or even places to enjoy a family dinner. Would totally recommend and revisit this hotel."

"The location was good and the hotel had interesting decor and design. All staff that we came in contact with were very nice. Be aware that the pet fee is $75 per pet. So we spent $150 for 1 night 2 small potty trained non shedding dogs. We got room service and the meal was very good. They also added a "destination fee" of $18 Per room. I guess for the pool that we did not use. I always think it is shady when these fees are not just listed as part of the price. "

"The room met my basic requirements: safety, security, working air conditioner and TV. Motel staff were friendly however this is the first place I've ever stayed in my life where they wanted a $60 cash-only deposit (lucky I had three $20s). Then when I checked out, I had to wait because they wanted to check my room -- another first-ever. Wireless Internet was very fast ("Wi-Fi 6") and the TV had a great selection of channels. Shampoo is not complimentary but they offered to sell me theirs in the lobby for $2/each. I'm afraid the biggest turnoff was the quality of the towels: after my shower, I was drying off and lots of tiny bits of dust and towel shedded and you could see it in the regular bathroom light. When I looked in the mirror, I had tiny white pieces of towel dotting my body. I felt dirty all over again. So that would be the only reason I would not stay again."

"I have stayed at this property before sporaticcaly during the last 10 years or so. The redo on this hotel was very appealing, very nice enjoyed very much. I only had the need to stay (1) night but will do again in the future if needed."

"If there was a lower rating I would have given it Booked hotel 10 am they didn’t call to cancel the room until after 4 pm they had over booked we had 2 reservations …they refused to let us cancel the 1 room that they didn’t overbook …we were all in the same vehicle …management would never return my call or speak to me directly "

"This is my 2nd time here and I will not stay again. Pulled back the covers of 1 of 2 beds and there was crumbs and food all in bed. Not inviting to say the least "
