“Hotel is a small, well designed, minimalist and modern; as described by other reviewers but what we distinguishes this hotel from other small hotels we’ve stayed in is the staff. Teresa, Pablo and Esti can’t be more gracious, friendly, helpful and knowledgeable about their region including restaurant recommendations, booking our return trip to Bilbao on the bus and providing information for the local train to Donostia (San Sebastian) and France for day trips. “The wine-drinking ceremony on the balcony was enjoyable, with a beautiful view of San Sebastian from a great angle. It also had a very quiet and peaceful environment. We got the chance to spend time alone together by the pool with my partner. The only problem is they don't provide parking. Because of this, you have to take a taxi to the parking area in the city center and back. They help with calling taxis. I definitely recommend it.”

El baño estaba en excelentes condiciones, con buena ventilación y artículos de aseo disponibles. Todo el personal fue muy amable y atento durante toda la estancia. La ubicación también es muy conveniente, cerca de transporte público, restaurantes y puntos de interés. En general, una excelente relación calidad precio.”

“Perfect in everyway. Location right on the edge of the old town,facilities of free mini bar and readily available tea,coffee and hot chocolate from a drinks station was a nice touch. Rooms are spotless and cleaned everyday. No keys just a code to gain access was a breathe of fresh air. Finally, when rained they provided umbrellas to venture out with. Would I book this place again? Absolutely YES. ”
