"Perfect stay. Staff were delightful. Only 2 things I think could be improved are size/amount of lifts and soft closing room doors, as not only can you hear other people while in your room, but every time the door closes when your trying to sleep it wakes you up (Which I understand is most hotels to be fair) Food in restaurant was the best in the resort/park that we experienced. Absolutely loved it there and will definitely return! Oh and also put the price on the bottle of waters on the table as it looks free which may annoy some people when they get the bill."

"We stayed for 4 nights in this excellent hotel and took the room upgrade offered by the desk at check-in at minimal additional cost. This gave us a large room overlooking the courtyard with an excellent bathroom with separate bath and walk in shower. There was a separate loo off the entrance corridor. It was almost like a suite and benefitted from having two doors between the bedroom and the main hallway. It was very well furnished had generous stowage and space for luggage, that meant it was neat and uncluttered with everything squared away. The beds were very comfortable. Above all it was quiet. We never heard a thing and slept very well. The hotel is beautifully decorated in an understated style but showcases its historic features. Holy Roman Emperor Charles V, King Henry VIII of England and King Francis I of France all met here in 1546 (when it was a monastery not an hotel). It is situated in secluded, well-maintained gardens. There are two restaurants, a bar and a very well appointed spa. The staff were charming and helpful and all spoke good English - which is pretty much normal in the Netherlands anyway. We ate in the Brasserie and the food was first class. As it is well-placed in the town centre, other dining options were available only minutes away. All were of a good standard. "

"It was great . Perfect room . However no fridge and no concierge to help with bags to the room . The tv was also quite low , even on the highest volume . However best sleep at the bedding is amazing. A bit far from city centre around 30 mins drive , so cabs are a bit pricey . However would defienfly book the Ibiza suite again . "
