“Superb new flat but poor without no milk or microwave - not everyone in the world drinks black coffee!
Superb hotel and treatments but poor service upfront in the email on line booking - fortunately on arrival by having to escalate everything we got our special meal and spa -but don't know why the "total guest service" agents failed before then by neither responding nor booking what we asked for”

Es begann mit dem undurchsichtigen Systems der Erlangung meines Zimmerschlüssels. Erst nach der einzigen möglichen Kontaktaufnahme über eine Handynummer wurde mit der Code für den entsprechenden Schlüsselkasten übermittelt.
Das Eck-Zimmer (Appartement 3) war recht groß mit fünf Fenstern, die an vier Fenstern Rollos besaßen, die etwas zu schmal waren. Am fünften Fenster war gar kein Rollo mehr, sodass jeder reingucken kann. In der Küche befinden sich von vornherein gar……
