"Review for Kelly Inn (West Yellowstone). This was our first visit to Yellowstone National Park, and we had no idea about the actual distances between the park’s sights and nearby towns—but the location of the Kelly Inn can’t be beaten! The staff was wonderful, especially the day we checked in (October 12) and during our last two nights (October 14 and 15). Breakfast was great and always well stocked. The pool and hot tub were a big hit with the kids. The building we stayed in didn’t have its own pool, but it was just a short, easy walk across to the other building where it’s located. The coffee was hot and fresh all day, even in the evenings. We will definitely stay here again—no question about it!"

"Very clean, breakfast was great, staff very polite and helpful. Did not like the elevator one bit. Squeaked very badly when doors opened or closed. Not smooth riding. No elevator certification posted.. facility could use 1 more washer and dryer in each laundry The pool needed to be about 5 degrees warmer. Too cool. Hot tub was great."

"We really enjoyed our time at the Lodge. At night it was quiet. The room was cleaned each day and clean towels replaced the used ones. The breakfast was generous and kept stock from 6 am to 10 am. The staff were very helpful. "
