The staff are very helpful and make you feel welcome from the moment you arrive, especially front desk. Pool area is a very nice place to chill out after a day of exploring. They even serve a lovely afternoon tea snack by the pool. The room was lovely, with so much room to move and great central spot for walking everywhere in George Town.

A beautiful room for one night but not really a hotel I’d personally stay again. Friendly staff, but a few of the room amenities were broken like the light bulbs- for the cost I’d rather stay somewhere else but it’s a good location. Also after laundry service I discovered that one of my shirts I just bought is now stained with bleach which can’t be changed. Overall, it was ok but nothing to shout about other than the beautiful aesthetic of the room.
