"The house was beautiful and had everything you would need. Water was down so wasn’t able to use boat house for the boat lift, but that’s beyond the owners control. It was only a minute drive to Waterfront boat dock."

"We spent 4th of July at lake Guntersville and had an amazing time. The house was perfect! Very very clean, well stocked, convenient location, well decorated. The only thing we didn’t catch in the listing was the fact that there is only 1 true shower. The downstairs bath is a tub with hand held sprayer, but nothing major. Adorable home and would stay there again for sure."
