"We had a really good stay overall and would definitely consider staying here again. The room was clean, comfortable, and well maintained. Everything felt fresh and taken care of, which made it easy to relax after a long day. The breakfast was also very good. There was a solid variety of options and everything we tried was fresh and well prepared. It was a great way to start the morning. What really stood out was how pleasant and helpful most of the staff were. Nearly everyone we encountered was friendly, welcoming, and seemed to genuinely care that guests had a good experience. The only downside during our stay was the person who checked us in and out. Unfortunately she didn’t seem very inviting and gave the impression that she didn’t really want to be there. It was a noticeable contrast compared to the rest of the staff who were so kind and accommodating. Aside from that small issue, we had a great stay. The hotel itself is very nice, the rooms are comfortable, and the majority of the staff made the experience a positive one."

"Great location and the host was quick to let me know all arrival/departure details. My wife and I are very fond of the Guntersville area. For a quick and inexpensive get away, this was the perfect little cottage. The only draw back for us was that I am an early riser, and my wife likes to sleep late. The floors in the kitchen are very squeaky and I woke her both mornings walking around. The cottage could use a little freshening up on paint, but we understood that it probably has high volume traffic. Overall, we would recommend and probably stay again. "
