“The room was spotless, and the check in staff, she was very sweet and helpful”

“I wish I could give this resort 5 stars but it’s Hotels.com’s fault and my fault for not paying closer attention to detail. When I booked this I unfortunately didn’t understand it was a FAMILY resort. It is PERFECT for families with kids. Although I was curious about the conference area. “Conveniently located near town center with easy walking access. Plenty of parking. Great breakfast spread.”

“Staff was very helpful. They called several companies to get a taxi for me that would accept card payments. Breakfast was excellent with wonderful selection.”

“Very pleasant and friendly service.”

“Clean room. Nice staff. Very tasty and good choice breakfast. Convenient location close to town and river walk. Biggest downside are noisy train coming just at hotel.”
