Accessible room was small with no desk, no telephone, no room service, no face cloths, shower room was large but had all toiletries were stacked on back of large wash hand basin which made them out of reach for someone in a wheelchair.

Had the most amazing stay at the Hyatt Centric in Matla! Hotel absolutely stunning and the staff were so friendly and accommodating at all times. Drink choice was great and varied and the food was superb! Would definitely recommend and will certainly return to stay with them again!
