“非常糟糕的体验，算下来接近700一个房间，首先环境乱糟糟，在一个树林里面，周围全是废弃房车改造的住宿，我们这个木屋，2室一厅，第二个房间非常小，像青年旅馆，卫生间没有任何沐浴洗澡洗手洗头的产品，在澳洲住了10几天第一次遇到这种情况，而且浴室淋浴房里面竟然还有沙子，根本没有在客人入住之前进行清洁，厨房的电子灶也全部是坏的，用不了，服务也很差，非常糟糕的体验，感觉是花大价格住了青年旅馆”

“A lovely place to stay. We left a couple of items behind and requested if they could post them back. This was not a problem for them at all and I received the items within days. Lots of extras too! One of our party forgot their toothbrush, opened the cupboard and there were spares! Also impressed by the rubbish sorting system. Communication was excellent with all my queries answered promptly.
