"Our second time visiting and we have rebooked for a 3rd Nicole was amazing despite some issues with VRBO and the washing machine she was in constant communication. It was great to add linen to our booking this year. The appartment is a good size we are 2 families equalling 10 people. Ski in/ out was still possible even in April Good sized rooms with plenty of views of the slops outside. Nicole added items to the kitchen from our last stay which made things even easier."

"The apartment is well positioned just opposite the bus terminus and entry to the commercial area. To access the piste exit the apartment turn left and in about 100m you can access a blue piste that leads quickly to the main green run on the front of the resort. For the ski schools its a two minute walk to the right down hill. There were 11 of us in the apartment which felt about right. There are 14 beds but two of the rooms are very small with triple bunks. But it can be done at 14. The downside...

"The chalet is in a great location for skiing the 3 valleys. It had most of the things we needed and was a nice chalet. However, it wasn’t the cleanest when we arrived and after my daughter had a first sleepless night on a very uncomfortable bed we had to do a bit of mattress swapping. Would stay again due to ease of getting to chalet and the location for skiing."

"I was really pleased with our choice of Le Chamois D’Or. It is ideally located near the bottom of the magic carpet and Pioneers chair lift and really is ski in/out. The room was spacious and extremely well equipped with everything you would need in the kitchen. We even had a balcony overlooking the piste. "Family of 5, skiing for 9 days. It’s a short drive to the gondola, and then so easy to access the 3 valleys. The house felt about right for us. Jeremy was responsive and proactive. E we forgot to bring towels so he went home and brought back some of his own for us to use. We had a problem with the oven which he quickly sorted (a brand new replacement). Many thanks!"

"I was there in the final week of the season, with the Residence mostly full, the hotel section closed, and minimal staff (Pierre really was our knight in shining armour), but the experience was still excellent. Great location for the bars and restaurants and access to the slopes, it is possible to ski back to the front of the apartment block. Lifts to the block are very busy and often had to wait. Detailed check in details aren't provided until the arrival day but once received were clear and straight forward....

"The property manager, Chantal, was extremely helpful throughout, always responding quickly to any questions before and during our visit. The property itself was spacious and homely with plenty of room for our party of 6, each couple was able to have their own bedroom. We all loved the new pellet wood burning stove which kept the apartment lovely and warm. This was one of the best equipped chalet's in which we have stayed, especially with regards to the kitchen.
