Requested to modify the Expedia booking which was accepted by Expedia as well as Hotel but once we arrived at the reception, the receptionist refused to give us the rooms unless they get the emails from Expedia.
that was quite unhelpful specially after a long journey.

"There were issues with the hotel check in system which caused a delay to accessing our room. One member of staff was quite rude when telling us this, however all other staff members were helpful. We had a room by the lift which was noisy at times."
