“Self-check but the staff are very laid-back :)
Many times there is no one at the lobby to serve.
Coffee machine is shut down in the lobby. Sparkling water is just normal still water.
There was a staff being busy with another couple checking in ( while I got no assist at all when I check in ). I request to get my luggage and he asked me to sit down first.
