"First of all, we had a hard time finding the address as it was not the exact location as shown in the website. "The hotel staff are all confused and unprofessional ! In the web site of the hotel, it says, checkin starts at 8 am (due to early arrivals of boats from the islands), but at 9:30 am we were told that the earliest check in would start at 2 pm! "We reserved 2 family rooms and they tried to give us a family room and 2 twin beds. The toilets in one of the rooms did not have a working flusher, the family room had steep stairs to the bathroom. "We reserved 2 family rooms and they tried to give us a family room and 2 twin beds. The toilets in one of the rooms did not have a working flusher, the family room had steep stairs to the bathroom. The outside was dirty and the rooms were dirty!! The linens did not look like they have been changed! The bathroom tiles were dark where you can see the tiles are suppose to be a lighter color. We did not want to touch anything! Not conducive for elderly or disabled individuals. We booked this because of the proximity to the port. DO NOT BOOK this property. We left and booked another place. They make there refund policy restrictive because they know people will leave once they see the rooms. In this way they try to keep your money without rendering service. They would not even take Expedia’s calls! "
