Lovely stay at sea shell resort, we extended our stay as we loved the facilities, the breakfast and the location. Some of the party music can be heard in the background but the bathrooms block most of it, so it’s not that disturbing. Staff were attentive and helpful, we used the swimming pool also, great experience all in all! Would recommend!

Considering the low price this is a really good hotel. Room was in good condition and clean. Location was really good on the calm & quiet side of the island. Only 10 minutes with bike to the busy east side. 3 minutes walk to the west side to watch the sunset. Only negative thing was that the rooms don’t have a fridge.

The hotel is far from the anchorage and the center. A short walking distance to the beach with spectacular sunsets. When we arrived the room was not ready, terrible breakfast. We stayed 3 nights. After the third night we went out to look for breakfast. Old towels, very thin. Malfunctioning electric kettle. weak internet. The hotel is very expensive for the value.

The hotel was fabulous!!! We had such a a great stay that we even changed our plans and extended our stay for a total of 7 nights. We preferred this side of island because it was much quieter, but it is still an easy walk or bike ride to the other side . The location is perfect! 2 minute walk to beach and several restaurants. We ate at only the small local restaurants, which were super tasty, authentic and affordable. The breakfast menu provided great options and the servings were plentiful. You can have it delivered to your patio or eat at the dining room. The 'banana juice' (smoothie) is super yummy. The staff were top-notch!! They deserve 5 stars. So polite , professional, friendly and accommodating. They were happy to refill our water bottles at any point in the day and even late evening . This was a huge perk for us since we are super active and drink a ton of water! We had a comfy king size bed in our room on 2 floor which provided more patio space than the lower level pool access rooms. We loved it! When we return to Gili T, we will definitely stay here again!!

Had such a great stay at sea shell! Room was beautiful, super clean, included breakfast was a plus, and great lounge pool. Spicy Harry was our favorite on staff! The location is about a 25 minute walk from the harbor but just steps away from the best sunsets in all of Indonesia and you can always take a horse taxi! Would stay again!!

O hotel é limpo, ha 30 minutos de caminhado do porto e não 17 minutos como está anunciado, piscina impecável, perto da praia. O cafe da manha deixou muito a desejar, vice tem direito a um prato e apenas uma bebida, ou suco ou café, o unico suco natural é de abacaxi, o restante sao sucos industrializados. ofertavam uma panqueca de abacaxi mas durante dois dias houve falta da fruta e serviam a panqueca sem a fruta. Falta um pouco de tato ao funcionários em trocar os sabonete do banheiro, trocar o shampoo, oferecer toalha de praia, falta um pouco de pro atividade até para que haja as frutas que estão no cardápio. Fizemos 2 almoços e dois jantares no hotel e a comida veio muito boa.

Commençons par le positif, cela sera plus court : La piscine est assez agréable et les chambres sont spacieuses, le lit est confortable et la salle de bain et spacieuse et jolie, je pense que c’est a peu près tout Pour ce qui est des points négatifs/ a améliorer : Le sol de la chambre était sale dès notre arrivé, cela n’a pas été nettoyer les jours suivants. Il y a beaucoup d’insectes dans la chambre surtout des fourmis. Nous avons même eu droit à une coupure d’eau complète à notre arrivée. L’organisation de la réception manque vraiment de rigueur, le personnel de la réception semble déborder toute la journée. On a réserver une exursions avec l’hôtel, arrivé sur place personne n’était au courant de notre venue. L’hôtel propose une location de vélos, passer votre chemin et préférer louer ailleurs, nous avons dû changer 3x de vélo en 24 heures, et même après tout cela les vélos avaient encore des soucis.

Vi boede der også sidste år og standarden er desværre faldet lidt i forhold til bl.a. deres cykler som de udlejer og vi have hverken safebox eller køleskab på vores værelse og sidst men ikke mindst, var udvalget af hvad vi kunne vælge til morgenmad også blevet mindre. Et lille fint hotel, med meget hjælpsom personale, som vi gerne vil bo på, en anden go’ gang.

Ein wunderschönes Hotel in top Lage. Zimmer sind schön eingerichtet. Hab gleich nach dem ich ins Zimmer rein bin um 2 Tage verlängert leider. Frühstück und Essen sind super nur der Service und das saubermachen der Zimmer einfach nur schlecht. Bettlacken wurden nicht getauscht sondern nur in Ordnung gebracht, Boden nicht gewischt und Teller nicht aufgeräumt vom vor Tag. Erst nach beschwerde wurde es erledigt. Beim Frühstück ein einfacher Tausch mit einem Ei anstatt Hühnchen vom Personal wehement mit nein geht nicht beschrieben aber auf Anfrage die ich selber in der Küche gestellt habe mit ja natürlich beantwortet. Dieses Hotel braucht dringend gutes Personal dann wären auch 10 Punkte drin!

Lækkert nyt hotel

Hotellet er kun 3 måneder og det er super fint. De mangler lige at få udendørs arealerne færdig. Meget hjælpsom personale og super lækkert morgenmad og den ene aften, hvor vi spiste på hotellet var også godt. Hotellet ligger ca. 2,5 km fra byen, så vi lejede cykler for at komme frem og tilbage.
