The location was perfect, staff awesome( fantastic restaurant recommendations), rooms super clean with just the most comfortable bed possible. This is a lovely building situated in a quiet street in the city center. As mentioned in other reviews, it is a bit far from the main attractions, but it's nice and close to El Corte Ingles and a taxi spot. Getting to the main attractions is an easy and generally pleasant walk. Our studio was attractive, decently spacious, well appointed, well laid out and very clean. Communication with staff was efficient although it is still odd for us to stay in a "hotel" that has no one onsite. While very close to a park and commercial corner, it is a residential, local area. We found some neighborhood bars and restaurants just a short walk away. We had no issues with noise from outside or from within the building itself (other guests were respectful/quiet). Bed was comfortable, shower had good water pressure and plenty of hot water. I would stay here again unless I wanted a different location, although we did enjoy several aspects of this neighborhood. Our only glitch was they booked a taxi for our 6:00 departure to the airport and sent the taxi to an incorrect location. Luckily my husband speaks Spanish and was able to communicate with the driver to clarify where we were. Overall it was a good experience and a good stay.
