“Good location, the room needs some TLC. Pans need replacing, carpet is worn, Mattress is hard, toilet is hard to flush, tub takes awhile to drain. TV and Wifi was excellent. View on backside is awesome. ”

“I booked this accommodation based on the photos and description showing a large dining area and a spectacular view. Upon arrival, I noticed that the cabin and facilities do not match what was advertised. I am requesting a partial refund or compensation due to misleading advertising and the service not matching the description. ”

“Adequate space for our party of 4. The lift was fun. Curtains for the higher windows would’ve helped with the light, but not a big deal. We had an issue the first night figuring out the shower and it seemed our question was responded to by an auto attendant and not a real person. We figured it out eventually on our own, but if you had a real issue you might not reach an actual person. ”

“(it was not a snow time of year so no comment on those activities)the unit is on the 2nd floor so requires 2 sets of stairs in and out, which should be noted upfront for those who may have difficulty with them. Also, the spiral staircase to the upper floor with the bedrooms and bathroom looks intimidating but actually had great rail support and tread traction, so we got used to it.the unit was very clean but not with smelly chemicals, which we appreciated.it was also very well appointed with……
