"Location is perfect and the condo is very clean and comfortable. Furnished nicely with plenty of everything you need. The private hot tub is especially nice and so convenient. Girdwood is great town, Alyeska is so close and easy to access. It's a great resort, even though conditions didn't allow to enjoy a lot of the mountain. It was unusually cold for the area during our stay, so it would've been nice to know that the water heater closet that is located in outdoor closet on the balcony needed a small heater to keep functioning in very cold weather. We lost hot water and heat for about a day before we got it all sorted out, but Brant was really helpful and responsive, and once we got the closet warm enough we were able to get the system stable. The amenities mention garage parking as a feature, but the garage spot for this unit is occupied so it isn't available. There is plenty of surface parking that is very convenient. We were able to store our skis next to the lockers that are blocked near the units spot. I was a little concerned about the car starting during the extreme cold being left out without being able to plug in the block heater, but we didn't have any problems, just took a few extra minutes for it to warm up every day. Really enjoyed our stay, thanks."
