So what started off with the rudest front desk clerk I’ve seen in 30+ years of renting hotel rooms. If the reservation was refundable we would have left and found another place. I’m glad we didn’t, the hotel was great, the rest of the staff we saw later was extremely friendly, the showers were amazing and the lobby was great. Only negative part was the woman working the front desk when we checked in.

Staff were very nice and helpful. Breakfast was as good as any restaurant. Rooms by road are noisy, thought the windows were open. Evening “reception” was lackluster at best. Pool and hot tub were clean.
