“I had a harrowing experience at this hotel.
When I arrived staff at the reception told me the toilet in the room was broken and they arranged another room at a different motel.
Unfortunately the staff didn’t understand how the Expedia payment system works and they initially thought that I hadn’t paid. They expected me to pay at the other place again, even though I paid through Expedia.
I had to contact Expedia support, who were able to explain to the hotel staff over the phone that I have……
“Spacious room with QB and SB. Liked that there was a sofa and a living space separate from QB. Large renovated bathroom. Room was like a little studio unit with microwave, toaster, plates, cutlery crockery, and dining table.
Onsite restaurant served tasty meals. Eye fillet steak was cooked perfectly.
Landscaping and maintenance of grounds were very average but inside of motel room was spot on. Would return and stay here again.”
“Arrived late to site due to vehicle problems, and I was greeted by the manager, who had been trying to contact me via email (as phone number wasn’t supplied to motel)
Ash had already turned on the heating as it was 5 degs and dropping.
A quick show of the room and into town for a feed.
The bed was comfortable, however as we a pillow snobs, the extra pillows did come in handy.
The shower was awesome. Pressure strong enough to blast one into the drain, but also hot (quickly)
