“I booked and prepaid for a double room with en-suite. Upon arrival, when they saw I was alone, I was moved to a single room with restroom down the hall and downstairs. I am a 65 y/o woman, traveling alone. I need a bathroom at night. None of the sinks worked, except for the one downstairs powderoom. “No problems with the hotel itself all clean & tidy bar staff great. Just wasnt to pleased about people trying to get into my room banging the door at 4am 6am in the morning not great when id a long drive ahead of me, also the band that eventually turned up over 1 and half hrs late to the stage, the tickets i purchased stated 10pm to 1am they didnt get onto stage until near 12 midnight, the band was good for the 15 mins of them i seen. ”
