"The building is centrally located to many of the places we wanted to visit. This was our second stay in this building and the room was nicer than our last, but we were with a larger group and needed 3 bedrooms last time. This was a studio apartment. The only negatives were the shower wand holder was broke, so I had to tie with a wash cloth to get it to stay up, the bed was hard and not comfortable (fairly common here), and when we checked in one of the access keys di not work (the property owner cleared this up fairly quickly). I have rented many places in HCM and this was ok. I would stay again, but might bring something to make the bed more comfortable."

"Clean room"

"This place is dodgy. A bunch of sublet rooms even though there is signage all over the building saying no subletting. There is no reception and security shuffled us over to wait in front of the 7/11. We were told no pool on mondays (even though this was the entire reason we booked the room) and then headed up there after 5pm when cleaning had finished. The pool area was full of people but the people on the table at the entrance informed us that we were not allowed in, our host told us that pool access was not for us on this day? Weird experience, not as advertised. Stay away."

"The room was perfect. Even had a washing machine. The blanket in the bed was the softest I’ve ever had. It was so comfortable after a long day. The pool was beautiful and clean and cold. I was surprised the water was cool."
