Wonderful hotel, welcoming staff, clean and well air conditioned room. Easy walking distance to many restaurants, cafes and fast food outlets but very quiet location despite close proximity. Took 10 minutes to walk from AirPort Express bus stop at Kalvin ter. Would highly recommend.

We loved our stay at this hotel. It has a pretty, contemporary, fun, music themed aesthetic. The room was large and the inner courtyard balcony enjoyable. Breakfast and afternoon reception were good but not extensive. It was lovely to hear different performers on each of the afternoons we were there. Service at this hotel is next level - consistent throughout. I don’t know if it’s hiring or training or a combination but they are doing it much better than most. Everyone we encountered was highly professional and seemed genuine. Special thanks to our server Victoria from Ukraine. I spent a few hours in the spa facility and found it to be a clean tranquil experience - a real treat. The rooftop bar was a highlight. Unique view of the church and surrounding area. We were also delighted to take in a female electric violinist accompanying a dj - great music!

The air condition wasn't work right,but they fix it.

We stayed 3 nights at Callas House and loved it! We booked the executive room. It was large with two huge windows with beautiful millwork, looking at the city and the Opera House next door. It was very quiet with double windows. It also had quiet and great AC! We stepped back in time with the old look of our grand room! The bed was super comfortable and the bathroom was lrg, modern but with an old charm look. The location was great. We could walk many places. There is also a Metro station in front of the Opera House. We really enjoyed the included Buffet breakfast! It was at street level in their restaurant, which has a Cathedral like ceiling and was charming. It was open in the am for just the guest at the hotel. Very private. The food was very good and plentiful. The people running it were so friendly and helpful! The people working the front desk went out of their way to give you information and help with questions. Their luggage storage was helpful as well as their elevator. We felt it was such a great value. I already recommended it to friends. We would stay there again if we are ever in Bulgaria again.
