The room was tiny and very worn, not like the pictures at all. My bed didn’t have a blanket and a very stained mattress protector. My son had a stained blanket and no mattress protector (being a former hotel managers daughter, I always strip my bed as I leave). No convenient power points. Wasn't the room I was shown when I booked. The whole place needs a major overhaul. No one entered our unit the 7 nights we were there and did anything. No rubbish was collected and I couldn't find anywhere to put it. It wasn't a place you wanted to spend anytime in apart from sleeping. The wifi was good. The parking on site was ok. It was very handy for the Florida tram stop so that was a plus but I paid premium and expected slightly better. I had to work the next day and was very upset and tired. The TV had such poor reception I could not even watch the news. the pool looked clean and well maintained. - I saw kids enjoying the pool. the reception is dirty with cracked glass. my bathroom window had cracked glass. overall a poor experience. the shower leaked all over the floor. I went to the chemist and purchased ear plugs and phenergan to sleep.
