“Booking in was difficult. There is no one at reception. A cleaner let us in to our room after we waited for 3 hrs. No one answers a phone. Great to access a microwave at reception desk. No chairs in room. Nowhere to hang washing. Getting in n out of building n room was good. Great location. ”

“Camera in stile non mancava niente , solo che io sono fissata con la pulizia e siccome la tavoletta del wc era rotta mettendo a posto ho visto che c'era un mozzicone di sigaretta dietro , i rubinetti perdevano , il terrazzo che si trova all'ultimo piano aveva le erbacce che spuntavano dalle piastrelle. La colazione buona abbondante , ma di una lentezza incredibile non rispettando l'orario chiesto .”

The host was incredibly welcoming and gave us plenty of helpful tips to explore the region, as well as great recommendations for good places to eat. Overall, it was a fantastic experience, and we would highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area!”

“Beautiful apartment, with lovely view. Sauna and jacuzzi unexpected bonus. Alot of stairs to reach entrance but well worth the effort. Lovely shower room and great breakfast. Would certainly recommend if visiting Dolceacqua.”

It truly felt like we were visiting friends in Nice. It is a quiet, beautiful spot and makes for a great home base to explore Nice and the surrounding cities. I strongly recommend this place and would love to visit again soon.”
